Please find the job descriptions below, and if you are interested, please forward your updated resume to #[email protected] Role: HR Data Governance Lead Location: Remote Duration: Long Term Must have 13+ years of experience What You'll Do Develop and maintain comprehensive records of data processing activities within the HR function to ensure compliance with data protection regulations Establish and enforce data retention policies and criteria in Workday and EDL (Enterprise Data Lake) to ensure data is stored and disposed of in accordance with legal and organizational requirements Identify and address data quality issues, implement data quality improvement initiatives, and ensure the accuracy and integrity of HR data. Assist in the development and implementation of a data governance framework, including policies, procedures, and standards for data management within HR Work closely with HR, IT, and other stakeholders to ensure data governance practices are aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements. Provide training and support to HR staff on data governance policies and best practices R equired Skills: Bachelors degree in information management, Data Science, Human Resources, or a related field Proven experience in managing projects for data governance, data management, or a similar role, preferably within an HR environment Strong knowledge of data governance principles, data protection regulations, and data quality management and best practices.
