The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Agile methodologies, coaching, and scaling frameworks, ensuring smooth Agile adoption across teams and leadership. Key Responsibilities: Serve as an Agile Coach, mentoring Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and leadership teams in Agile best practices. Act as a Scrum Master for multiple teams, facilitating Scrum ceremonies and ensuring Agile principles are followed. Drive Agile transformation across teams, identifying and eliminating impediments to enhance efficiency. Guide teams on Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS, and DevOps practices. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure Agile adoption aligns with business goals. Foster a culture of continuous improvement through Agile maturity assessments, feedback loops, and retrospectives. Implement Agile metrics to track performance, delivery, and team health. Train teams on Agile tools like JIRA, Confluence, Rally, Azure DevOps, etc. Advocate for Agile mindset and culture at all levels of the organization. Required Skills & Experience: [7-10] years of experience as a Senior Scrum Master / Agile Coach. Expertise in Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS, Agile Delivery. Strong facilitation and coaching skills with the ability to mentor teams and leadership. Experience in Agile transformation at an enterprise level. Hands-on experience with Agile tools (JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, etc.).
