Collaborate with internal feature development team to determine best path for Salesforce platform implementation. Understand the ins and outs of complex technology environments and know how to optimize solutions for efficiency and simplicity Responsible for the iteratively improving the data model and architecture Enjoy teaching and coaching the business team on how to best use Salesforce Marketing Cloud Maintain and document technical processes and marketing automation procedures and provide seamless hand-off to business users to utilize Minimum 7-10 Years of Admin & Development experience in the Salesforce.com platform with strong experience in both Sales and Marketing Cloud Prior project architect and/or team lead experience Must have Experience of Salesforce Customization, Integration & Configuration Ability to understand, collaborate and resolve challenging technical case support issues for internal users by understanding user requests, triaging solutions for the team, and solving problems independently Ability to elicit requirements and translate to technical solutions that can scale across multiple business units SFDC platform technical/development experience including: Ability to create logic and code for customized workflows, Approval Processes, Flows/Processes, Layouts; manage sandbox environments; understand basic triggers and apex code; experience seamlessly connecting technical development work with front end configuration into desired user experience Comprehensive knowledge of Cloud CRM solutions and integrations Development experience using Lightning Components, Apex, VisualForce, Workflows, Triggers, XML, HTML, SOQL, and SQL Understanding of System Integration Testing, Load Testing, User Acceptance Testing, Test Class Coverage, Testing, Platform SLAs, and Salesforce.com Cloud Integration Comprehensive understanding of SDLC, OO principles and design patterns, including adhering to OWASP security standards Knowledge of relational databases, legacy systems integration, and design patterns Practical experience with web-based technologies and web services including Rest, SOAP, JavaScript and XSLT Experience implementing automated solutions utilizing Marketing Cloud Server-Side Java Script (SSJS) Database experience with Oracle, MS SQL Server, or DB2 Development experience using CSS and XSLT Experience with SOAP/WSDL and REST APIs Experience with Azure ADO Experience with Copado integrations Experience with Salesforce Lightning Flows, Lightning Web Components Salesforce.com Certification(s) Salesforce.com Certified Administrator, Salesforce.com Certified Developer, Salesforce.com Certified Advanced Administrator, Salesforce.com Certified Sales Cloud Consultant, Salesforce.com Certified Service Cloud Consultant Working knowledge of Salesforce.com Service Cloud, .Net and mainframe development Experience in the pharma/life sciences industry Experience in change/release management, progress reporting and documentation; coaching less experienced team members in SFDC best practices and problem solving; proactive system maintenance: release updates, security reviews, health checks; Demonstrated success supporting users, growing adoption, creating new and ongoing user training Technically active, inquisitive, and astute mind, able to participate in technical conversations with partners, vendors and team members, while able to distill the concepts for discussion and decision making with non-technical partners Excellent analytical, planning, organizational and technical and skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience working in an Agile development process.
