In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining conversational interfaces (chatbots and virtual assistants) using Google Dialogflow and integrating them with other platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that the conversational interfaces meet client expectations and business needs.Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement chatbots and virtual assistants using Google Dialogflow. Integrate Dialogflow agents with external APIs, webhooks, and third-party services. Train and optimize Dialogflow models (intents, entities, and contexts) to improve accuracy and user experience. Collaborate with front-end and back-end teams to integrate the conversational interfaces into web, mobile, and other platforms (e.g., Google Assistant, Slack, Facebook Messenger). Write custom fulfillment logic using Node.js, Python, or JavaScript for dynamic responses and backend interactions. Conduct thorough testing and debugging of the Dialogflow agent to ensure high-quality performance. Monitor and analyze conversation logs to optimize bot responses and improve customer satisfaction. Stay up-to-date with the latest Dialogflow features, NLP techniques, and industry trends.Required Skills: Proven experience in Google Dialogflow development and deployment. Strong knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Machine Learning concepts. Proficiency in Node.js, Python, or JavaScript for writing fulfillment logic and backend services. Experience with API integration, webhooks, and cloud services (preferably Google Cloud Platform). Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Functions, Firebase, and other serverless technologies. Experience deploying chatbots to multiple platforms such as Google Assistant, Facebook Messenger, Slack, etc. Understanding of conversational design, including intents, entities, contexts, and fulfillment logic. Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. Ability to work in an agile environment with cross-functional teams. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with business stakeholders.
