The State of Wisconsin is looking for one (1) Certified Project Manager III Top Skills: 12+ years in project management with strong customer service and relationship management experience Experience Leading Technical and/or infrastructure projects. (10 + years) Project documentation skills and experience to support project chartering, scoping, and other project deliverables. (10+ years) INTERVIEW NOTES: PLEASE NOTE: A real-time screenshot photo of the candidate MUST be uploaded to candidate's bid upon confirming the interview. Project details: As a member of Project Management team, the selected candidate will be responsible for technical and overall project management with a focus on infrastructure and application initiatives. They will develop project charters, plans, deliverables, and other project artifacts. Will work closely with the project sponsor and IT senior management to understand and prioritize project tasks. Solve complex technical problems. Understand business objectives and problems, identify alternative solutions, perform feasibility studies and cost/benefit analysis of alternative. Soft skills needed: Contribute to a positive and productive work environment, problem solving abilities, effective communication skills and collaborative mindset. Adaptability and a proactive approach to learning and staying updated with the latest technologies are also essential.
