Please share resume of your candidate for this below requirement at [email protected] Job Title- Clinical Operations Specialist / Manager (TIBCO Spotfire Expertise) Location- Boston, MA TCS Contract positions: Clinical Operations Specialist/Manager with expertise in TIBCO Spotfire to support clinical trial execution and data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will oversee clinical trial operations, manage site performance, and leverage TIBCO Spotfire for data visualization, analytics, and reporting. This role requires a combination of clinical operations knowledge and strong data analytics skills to enhance trial efficiency and compliance. Key Responsibilities: Clinical Trial Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of clinical trials. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (FDA, EMA, ICH-GCP). Work closely with internal teams, Contract Research Organizations (CROs), and external vendors. Support site selection, initiation, monitoring, and close-out activities. Data Analytics & Visualization (TIBCO Spotfire): Utilize TIBCO Spotfire to analyze and visualize clinical trial data. Develop interactive dashboards for real-time monitoring of trial performance. Identify trends, risks, and operational inefficiencies using data-driven insights. Provide data reports and presentations for leadership and regulatory bodies. Regulatory & Compliance: Ensure clinical trials adhere to Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and company SOPs. Manage essential trial documentation, including protocols, informed consent forms, and ethics submissions. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including clinical project managers, data management, and biostatistics teams. Support decision-making through data interpretation and predictive modeling. Budget & Resource Management: Track trial budgets and optimize resources using data-driven strategies. Manage contracts and vendor agreements related to clinical operations.
