The ideal candidate will have experience in testing Pega applications, ensuring quality assurance across various stages of the software development lifecycle.Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Pega applications. Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing on Pega-based applications. Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA, ALM, or similar tools. Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure requirement coverage. Ensure compliance with testing best practices, automation strategies, and Pega testing methodologies. Utilize Pega Automated Testing (PAT) framework and other automation tools for test execution. Validate Pega workflows, UI components, and business rules for correctness and efficiency. Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.Required Skills & Experience: 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with at least 3 years in Pega testing. Hands-on experience with Pega PRPC testing, Pega Automated Testing (PAT), and test automation frameworks. Strong knowledge of API testing, SQL queries, and debugging logs. Experience with testing tools like Selenium, Appium, or Cucumber for automation. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and defect lifecycle management.
