The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Salesforce functionalities, configurations, and data models, with hands-on experience in manual testing, defect tracking, and Agile methodologies. Key Responsibilities: Perform manual testing of Salesforce Experience Cloud, Sales & Service Cloud applications. Validate Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, reports, dashboards, and APIs. Develop, execute, and maintain test cases, test plans, and scripts. Conduct smoke, functional, regression, and integration testing. Utilize JIRA for test case management, user stories, and defect tracking. Document and report defects with clear reproduction steps and collaborate with developers for resolution. Work within Agile/Scrum development teams to ensure smooth testing cycles. Ensure compliance with Salesforce best practices and industry standards. Provide detailed testing reports, metrics, and recommendations for process improvements. Required Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in Salesforce Manual Testing. Strong expertise in Salesforce platform, configurations, and data models. Proficiency in JIRA for test management and defect tracking. Hands-on experience with QA tools and methodologies, including ALM. Deep understanding of functional, regression, smoke, and integration testing principles. Experience in an Agile/Scrum environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: Salesforce Certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder). Prior experience working in large-scale Salesforce implementations.
