Experience in the pet food sector is a plus.. Responsibilities: Analyse business processes and identify areas for improvement in the pet food consumer goods sector. Develop and maintain dashboards using Power BI to provide actionable insights for stakeholders. Track requirements and ensure project milestones are met through effective requirement tracking. Plan and manage project efforts, including resource allocation and timeline estimation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment and understanding of business objectives. Utilize Oracle and SQL Server to extract, analyze,and report on application data along with conducting regression testing. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement. Requirements: Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the pet food consumer goods industry. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong knowledge of Oracle and SQL Server. Proficiency in Power BI for dashboard creation and Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment and understanding of business objectives.
