We have an immediate opening for the below position with one of our premium clients Azure Data Architect with Azure Synapse Contract Remote Skills & Competencies Cloud Data Architect (Exp: ~ 15 Yrs): with experience in Defining & Establishing Data Strategy & Roadmap, Enterprise Level Data Architecture & Solutions Consulting experience on Enterprise Data Management Solution on Cloud and new age data Platforms with prior experience on BigData platform, Traditional Databases, Data Warehousing. Extensive experience working on Cloud platforms, Exposure handling enterprise cloud based implementation on more than one Platforms. Preferably on Azure Cloud. Azure DW skills are REQUIRED, including Provisioning, Configuring and Developing solutions in the Modern Data Estate (ADF, ADLS, SQL DW, Synapse (+/or Cosmos) and Power BI) and Databricks; other BI/DW experience is a plus; and, experience with other Cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, PCF, etc are also a plus. Experience working in Big Data technologies including the Cloudera/Hortonworks ecosystem Extensive experience architecting and designing solutions on Big Data including data ingestion, Expertise of distributed computing architecture principles. Experience with building stream-processing systems, using solutions such as Kafka/spark/storm. Expertise working & handling with Spark based hadoop distribution & Platform Experience with NoSQL databases, such as HBase, Cassandra, MongoDB. Experience with various messaging systems, such as Kafka or RabbitMQ. Highly technical and analytical, possessing 10+ years of analytics platform implementation or operations experience. Deep understanding of database and analytics technologies in the industry including MPP, Relational, and NOSQL databases. Implementation and Performance tuning experience on Traditional Data Warehouse, Hadoop & Cloud Ecosystem, including Hadoop Streaming, Spark, Pig and Hive. Implementation and tuning experience of Data Warehousing platforms, including knowledge of Data Warehouse Schema Design, Query Tuning and Optimization, and Data Migration and Integration. Experience of requirements for the analytics presentation layer including Dashboards, Reporting Strong experience using Agile Scrum.
