Job Title: PeopleSoft Technical Functional Lead Location: Lisle IL Job Summary We are seeking an experienced PeopleSoft Technical Functional Lead to join our team. As a Technical Functional Lead, you will be responsible for leading the technical implementation and configuration of PeopleSoft applications, including Human Capital Management (HCM), Financial Management, and Supply Chain Management. Key Responsibilities Peoplesoft finance mandatory and hands on experience. Guide few offshore resources and hands on when needed. Provide technical leadership and guidance to the PeopleSoft development team, ensuring that technical solutions meet business requirements and are aligned with industry best practices. Configure and implement PeopleSoft applications, including setup, testing, and deployment. Design and develop technical solutions for PeopleSoft applications, including data conversions, interfaces, and customizations. Collaborate with the testing team to ensure that technical solutions meet quality standards and are thoroughly tested. Provide functional expertise and guidance to the business stakeholders, ensuring that PeopleSoft applications meet business requirements and are aligned with industry best practices. Collaborate with project managers to ensure that technical deliverables are met, and projects are delivered on time and within budget. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 10+ years of experience in PeopleSoft technical implementation and configuration, with a focus on Financial Management. PeopleSoft certifications, such as PeopleSoft HCM, Financial Management, or Supply Chain Management. Strong technical skills in PeopleSoft, including PeopleCode, SQR, and PeopleTools. Strong functional expertise in HCM, Financial Management, and Supply Chain Management.
