The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing BI solutions using Tableau and Python, implementing ETL processes, and generating reports in multiple formats.Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards to support business intelligence and data visualization needs. Develop and maintain Python scripts for ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) operations from Tableau data sources. Implement parallel processing techniques using appropriate Python libraries to enhance data processing performance. Automate report generation in different formats (HTML, PDF, Excel) based on Tableau dashboards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define reporting needs, and ensure seamless integration of Tableau with other data sources. Optimize existing Python ETL workflows for efficiency and performance improvements. Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all reporting solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues related to Tableau dashboards and Python ETL scripts. Stay up to date with the latest Tableau and Python advancements to improve reporting capabilities.Required Skills & Experience: 5+ years of experience in BI Development, specifically with Tableau and Python. Proficiency in Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server, and Tableau Prep. Strong experience with Python programming, including data manipulation and automation. Experience in Python-based reporting (generation and formatting of reports in HTML, PDF, Excel, etc.). Knowledge of parallel processing techniques in Python to handle large-scale data processing. Strong understanding of SQL and experience in query optimization. Experience working with ETL processes and integrating Tableau with multiple data sources. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
