Work with Cross-functional team leads. BS degree or equivalent experience in related field required. Two (2) to five (5) years' experience. Applies knowledge and skills to a wide range of standard and non-standard situations. Works independently with minimal guidance. Experience in MS Excel, Word, Presentations. Understand Software licensing and Renewals. Knowledge of Salesforce, SAM Pro / Service Now. Supports with Software Policy, Process and Procedures. Experience working with Vendor Management team.
