Please share resume of your candidate for this below requirement at [email protected] Job Title- ServiceNow Customer Success Consultant Location- San Francisco, CA TCS Contract positions: Responsibilities: * Perform FIT GAP analysis on the Business requirements with ServiceNow Customer Success functionality.* Translate Business requirements into functional design documents and technical designs.* Configure ServiceNow Customer Success to meet Business requirements.* Develop unit test cases, expected results as per business requirements and processes.* Prepare mock data to mimic Clients business scenarios and perform unit testing.* Perform administrative functions including user management, permissions, reports, supporting system upgrades, and guide users on ServiceNow Customer Success best practices* Hands-on analysis and debugging of system and integration errors and issues, including recommendation of solutions* Coordinate with the integration team to support new enhancements and debug system issues* Work with operations and business partners to drive technology, business, and ServiceNow Customer Success best practices* Support and manage the change management process, including monthly/quarterly certifications for SOX compliance Desired Skills and Experience: *3+ years of experience working with ServiceNow Customer Success*3+ years working in a role with direct stakeholder interactions* Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a closely related field.* Experience with solution implementation in the areas of Customer Success.* Experience in integrating Customer Success data across enterprise level applications is an added advantage.*In-depth experience delivering robust Customer Success systems solutions Nice to Have : *ServiceNow Customer Success Certifications*Change management ticketing systems (JIRA) Sachin Noulakha Email ID - [email protected] [www.scalable-systems.com]Scalable Systems | [www.scalable-systems.com]Inspiring Innovation Big Data | Analytics | Integration | Intelligence www.scalable-systems.com Keywords: California Idaho ServiceNow Customer Success Consultant_San Francisco, CA [email protected] https://jobs.nvoids.com/job_details.jsp?id=2239882&uid= |
