Please share resume of your candidate for this below requirement at [email protected] Job Title- LIMS Developer / LIMS Analyst Location- Boston, MA TCS Contract positions: LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System) Developer/Analyst to support, design, implement, and maintain LIMS solutions in a regulated laboratory environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with LIMS platforms (such as LabWare, STARLIMS, LabVantage, or similar), integrating laboratory instruments, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, configure, and maintain LIMS workflows to support laboratory operations. Gather business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into functional LIMS solutions. Develop custom scripts, reports, and interfaces within LIMS for automation and improved efficiency. Integrate LIMS with laboratory instruments, ERP systems, and third-party applications via APIs or middleware. Support validation activities, including creating documentation for IQ/OQ/PQ in compliance with GxP and FDA regulations. Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring minimal downtime of laboratory operations. Maintain master data, user roles, and system security within the LIMS. Participate in LIMS upgrades, patches, and system enhancements. Provide training and technical support to end users. Ensure adherence to data integrity, audit trail, and regulatory standards (21 CFR Part 11, ISO 17025, etc.). Required Skills & Experience: 3-8 years of experience working with LIMS platforms (LabWare, STARLIMS, LabVantage, etc.). Experience in LIMS development, configuration, and customization. Strong knowledge of laboratory processes (sample management, stability studies, test management, etc.). Proficiency in SQL, JavaScript, or Python for LIMS scripting and backend development. Hands-on experience with instrument integration and middleware tools. Experience working in regulated environments (GMP, GLP, GxP). Strong understanding of CSV (Computer System Validation) processes. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work closely with laboratory staff, IT teams, and external vendors.
