Please share resume of your candidate for this below requirement at [email protected] Job Title- MES Developer Location- Boston, MA TCS Contract positions: MES (Manufacturing Execution System) Developer to design, develop, implement, and support MES solutions within our manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with MES platforms and strong technical skills to optimize and automate production processes, ensuring seamless integration with various enterprise systems. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and configure MES applications to support manufacturing operations. Collaborate with production, quality, and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver effective MES solutions. Integrate MES with other enterprise systems (ERP, PLC, SCADA, and IoT platforms). Customize workflows, user interfaces, reports, and dashboards based on production needs. Troubleshoot and resolve MES application issues to minimize downtime. Support MES upgrades, patches, and system enhancements. Ensure accurate data capture, process tracking, and real-time visibility of production metrics. Document technical designs, configurations, and user guides. Participate in testing, deployment, and training for MES solutions. Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvements. Required Skills & Experience: 4+ years of experience as an MES Developer or similar role. Hands-on experience with MES platforms (such as Siemens Opcenter, Rockwell FactoryTalk, Camstar, Apriso, Wonderware, Ignition, etc.). Strong programming/scripting skills (SQL, Java, C#, VB.NET, or Python). Experience integrating MES with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and shop-floor equipment (PLC, SCADA). Understanding of manufacturing processes (Discrete/Batch/Continuous) and Industry 4.0 concepts. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
