http://bit.ly/4ey8w48 https://jobs.nvoids.com/job_details.jsp?id=2239159&uid= From: Praveen, Themesoft Inc [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Role: Scrum Master Location: Auburn Hills, MI (Onsite) Duration: Contract Skills Lead project planning sessions to ensure all project requirements are captured and understood. - Oversee project execution, monitoring progress and making adjustments as needed to ensure timely completion. - Provide clear direction and support to project teams, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives. - Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and address any concerns or issues. - Manage project risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines. - Ensure all project documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-date. - Facilitate regular Scrum meetings, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives. - Monitor and report on project performance, using appropriate tools and techniques to track progress. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of project deliverables. - Drive continuous improvement by identifying and implementing best practices in project management and Scrum methodologies. - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry standards and regulations. - Provide training and support to team members on project management and Scrum practices. - Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and open communication. Qualifications - - Must have strong experience in CX-Scrum Master and Scrum methodologies. - Should have a solid understanding of project management principles and practices. - Must possess excellent organizational and time management skills. - Should have strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Nice to have experience in Investment Banking Operations. - Must be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model. - Should be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Must have the ability to identify and resolve project issues quickly and effectively. - Should be proficient in project management software and tools. - Must have a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects.
