Position : Business Analyst Location : Hybrid Miami, FL Duration: : 12+ Months Contract Visa : USC/GC Interview mode:: video RATE- 45 HR C2C/1099 Job Description Education & Certifications: Bachelors degree in Information Systems, IT, Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Equivalent experience and skills may also be considered. Preferred certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or Professional Scrum Master (PSM). Experience: 8+ years of experience in business process modeling, feasibility analysis, requirement engineering (both functional and non-functional), and solution development. Proven ability to support QA and end-to-end project management. Experience with reporting, analytics, or software development projects is a plus. Key Skills & Abilities: Expertise in documenting and mapping business processes using "As-Is" and "To-Be" models. Strong ability to translate business and technical requirements into epics, features, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria. Hands-on experience in data collection, cleaning, modeling, and visualization to support business decision-making. Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, and planning skills. Ability to multi-task, work independently, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Technical & Computer Skills: General knowledge of infrastructure components, networks, and SharePoint. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Teams and MS Project. Experience with Azure DevOps or similar software development and testing tracking tools. Additional Technical Expertise: SQL/PLSQL querying, data wrangling, statistical analysis, and modeling (e.g., Python, R). Data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
