Any senior level functional architect or business analyst (experienced with OIM/Supply Chain Management) that would be able to play the role of leading discovery sessions, writing user stories and acceptance criteria. This person would be at 80% utilization until discovery/user story signoff is completed. From there they will be at 25% utilization throughout the build phase to maintain project leadership activities until UAT begins. Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Certinia OIM Solutions Architect with strong business analysis expertise to lead discovery sessions, define user stories, and establish acceptance criteria for our client. This role requires deep experience in Order & Inventory Management (OIM) and Supply Chain Management (SCM), with a focus on business process understanding rather than solution design documentation. Key Responsibilities: Lead discovery sessions with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements. Develop a comprehensive list of user stories and corresponding acceptance criteria based on client needs. Work closely with business and technical teams to bridge the gap between functional requirements and system capabilities. Ensure alignment between user stories and business objectives to facilitate a smooth implementation process. Support project leadership activities at 80% utilization until user story signoff is completed. Maintain 25% utilization during the build phase to provide functional oversight and support until User Acceptance Testing (UAT) begins. Collaborate with developers, testers, and project managers to ensure business needs are met effectively. Provide guidance on best practices for Certinia OIM and Supply Chain Management implementations. Communicate project progress and risks to stakeholders, ensuring timely resolution of issues. Required Qualifications: Senior-level experience as a Functional Architect or Business Analyst in Certinia OIM and Supply Chain Management. Proven expertise in writing user stories and acceptance criteria. Strong facilitation skills for leading discovery sessions and engaging stakeholders. Ability to translate complex business needs into structured requirements. Understanding of agile methodologies and experience working in agile project environments. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience in supporting end-to-end project delivery, from discovery to UAT. Preferred Qualifications: Hands-on experience with Certinia (FinancialForce) Order & Inventory Management (OIM) solutions. Familiarity with Salesforce ecosystem and integrations. Experience in leading enterprise-scale ERP or SCM implementations.
