The notice was last minute. We are uncertain if they will be able to return to work full time at the end of the 6 months, there is an opportunity to convert to permanent at the end of the 6 months. Job Description: The Senior HRIS Analyst provides front line support and driving improvements to existing and future state processes and systems to the Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Benefits, Learning and Development, Finance, and Payroll teams. As a Senior HRIS Analyst, this opportunity will allow you to be innovative and grow defining future state process improvements, requirements, and validation of solutions within our ERP and Business Intelligence systems. You will be partnering with Business Stakeholders and Management Information Systems (MIS) teams to assist with the cross functional prioritization of identified initiatives and system enhancements. Building and resolving end user queries and reports within our Business Intelligence tools and providing transactional support is a primary function of the Senior HRIS Analyst role. You will also participate in other efforts for process improvements, enhancements and regular patching related to our human resource applications and reporting tools. This role will require you to evaluate and keep abreast of our evolving cloud HCM applications to deliver against changing needs and road map. Other responsibilities include: Function as frontline support for master data management and administration of human resource systems, including the troubleshooting of end user queries through resolution. Maintain compliance with internal processes and controls as well as continuous improvement of those processes. This entails overseeing the integrity of data and ensuring compliance with SOC and SOX requirements. Assist with the management of cross functional projects and other identified key project initiatives, by adhering to project plans and timelines. This includes the firsthand testing and training as required to support successful test cycles where applicable, as well as pre and post go live operation support to end users and development groups. Ensure integrity and validation of Reporting tools and data; specifically in Oracle Human Resources, Oracle OAS, SAP SuccessFactors, and other tools that may be implemented in the future. Monitors and supports the testing and validation of systems upgrades and releases. Develop and deliver highly effective end-user training materials. Assist with providing adequate training and education to user community. Willing and available to perform occasional off-hours support. Maintain confidentiality and security of data. Qualifications: 4-6 years experience with Human Resource Information System processes, reporting and controls, preferably in a high-tech environment. Including 2-3 years documenting and analyzing business processes and developing functional application requirements. Ability to develop data queries and proficiency in building report using human resource reporting tools and OBI/data warehouse. Experience successfully leading small to medium scale projects, with a strong testing background and ability to coordinate and assist with end-user testing activities. The ability to communicate effectively with credibility at all levels of the organization. Responsive to customer needs and initiative-taking to improve ones own skills and capabilities. Adherence to project schedules and cross-functional dependencies within the HR systems space. Experience working with Oracle EBS, SuccessFactors, and/or Oracle Analytics Server is a plus. Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, or Information Systems preferred.
