Be involved in the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Ensure accurate requirements management, including post-implementation enhancements. This role requires strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills to ensure the successful execution of business and system analysis. Note: Candidates who do not meet the minimum requirements will not be considered for this opportunity. Required Experience: 8 years Experience eliciting requirements from customer interviews and creating well-written system requirements documents. 8 years Experience with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). 8 years Experience in business process re-engineering and software process flow improvement. 8 years Experience developing user stories and use cases that align with business analysis best practices. 8 years Experience designing mockups and wireframes following UX best practices. 5 years Strong communication and facilitation skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams. 5 years Strong writing and organizational skills for documenting business and system requirements. Preferred Experience: 3 years Experience with requirements management software such as Modern Requirements. 3 years Experience using issue tracking software such as Atlassian Jira. 2 years Experience working for or closely with TEA or another state or local education agency. 1 year Experience with TEA applications, such as FSP, TSDS, or TEA Help Desk.
