We are seeking a dynamic Pega Lead who can seamlessly perform the roles of a Business Analyst (BA), Product Owner (PO), and Scrum Master (SM). The ideal candidate will drive end-to-end Pega application development, translate business needs into actionable solutions, and ensure Agile best practices are followed. This is a hybrid role requiring strong technical expertise, business acumen, and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
Design and model Pega workflows, case management, and decisioning based on business needs.
Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring Pega solutions meet user expectations.
Work closely with cross-functional teamsPega architects, developers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Own the product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy.
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Review, and Retrospective).
Required Skills & Experience:
Minimum 8+ years of experience in Pega development and leadership roles.
Strong expertise in Pega PRPC (Preferably CSA/CSSA/CPDC/CLSA Certified).
Experience working as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, and/or Scrum Master in Agile environments.
Deep understanding of Pega case management, decisioning, and workflow automation.
Proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum/ SAFe/ Kanban).
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Experience in JIRA, Confluence, and Agile lifecycle management tools.
