The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in retail technology, particularly with Oracle XStore, and will be responsible for leading guidance on best practices. Required Qualifications: Candidate must be in Nashville US location and need to travel to Client location in Nasville Bachelors Degree or foreign equivalent, will consider work experience in lieu of a degree 10+ years of experience in retail technology, with a focus on Oracle XStore POS. Proven experience in leading Oracle XStore POS implementation projects. Strong understanding of retail business processes and POS systems. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Participate in functional testing and co-ordinate with cross functional stakeholders for timely delivery of the solutions developed Onsite-Offshore communication and work management Leading Super User training and supporting other training related activities Coordination with other tracks for delivery of end-to-end business processes U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency required; we are not able to sponsor at this time Key Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end implementation of Oracle XStore POS systems, including planning, configuration, testing, and deployment. Development & code review Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Provide expert advice on Oracle XStore POS functionalities and capabilities. Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure successful project completion. Conduct training sessions and workshops for client teams to ensure effective use of the Oracle XStore POS system. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to the Oracle XStore POS system. Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in retail technology and Oracle XStore POS.
