Work with key stakeholders to design analytics and 3rd party tag monitoring solutions and lead their implementation from inception to production. Operate and maintain analytics and 3rd party tag monitoring solutions in collaboration with MarTech and partner teams. Participate in the tag governance process, ensuring accuracy of collected and shared data, including querying and reviewing clickstream data. Innovate and advocate for best practices and improved tag implementation, monitoring, and governance processes; mentor junior team members. Support live systems to ensure business continuity. Minimum Qualifications: At a minimum, here's what we need from you: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. 3+ years of hands-on experience with standardization, designing, and building data layers, data taxonomies, data dictionaries, and data catalog systems. 4+ years of experience with privacy compliance monitoring platforms and data collection opt-out management products, including pixel tags, conversion tags, remarketing tags, browser cookies, and metadata taxonomy. Strong understanding of 3rd party tagging best practices and monitoring software. Strong knowledge of tag management and data collection platforms such as Adobe Launch and Google Tag Manager (GTM). Expertise in best practices for data registry implementation. Hands-on experience with industry-leading data governance tools. Hands-on experience with industry-leading tag monitoring tools such as ObservePoint, QA2L, and Boltive. Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and XML. Strong knowledge of JavaScript and common libraries used in website development (e.g., jQuery, React). Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or similar tools; Git/GitHub. Desired Skills: If we had our say, we'd also look for: 3+ years of experience with data integration for downstream data lake platforms. 3+ years of experience with system enhancements related to data privacy laws and regulations (CCPA, CPRA, GDPR). Experience as part of an Agile engineering or development team. Knowledge of single-page applications and web analytics data collection integrations. Solid analytics implementation experience across the lifecycle and digital platforms (including web, responsive, and native mobile apps) using Adobe/Google Analytics. This includes complex ecosystems with multiple sites/apps, hundreds of custom tags, and various implementation techniques for main and syndicated sites. Hands-on experience in creating analytics solutions, including design, implementation, and integrations.
