The EIP module hasmatured over the past 8 years to become a robust tool for the program and somefairly extensive modifications need to be made to manage additional workflowsand data capturing for specific conditions. Since SendSS is going through a modernization,the program and SendSS have agreed at this time to not make the changes inlegacy SendSS and to reengineer the EIP suite of modules in the new Oracle Apexframework. It is envisaged that this rewrite andenhancement effort that is needed will take about 2 years to accomplish workingalongside the original legacy EIP module developer (SME), the funding isavailable for this 2-year duration through a grant EIP secured a few monthsback. EIP Modules to be rewritten in Oracle ApexFramework 1. EIP ABC's Report Form - Active bacterial coresurveillance case report ABCs provides estimates of invasive disease forfive pathogens. ABCs collects data related to bacterial isolates anddemographic and clinical data. ABCs conducts surveillance for: Group AStreptococcus (GAS), Group B Streptococcus (GBS), Haemophilus influenzae,Neisseria meningitidis, Streptococcus pneumoniae. There are other supplemental forms associatedwith the ABCs - Group A Streptococcus Supplemental form, Group B StreptococcusSupplemental form, Streptococcus pneumoniae (SPN) Supplemental form. 2. ABC's - NIE, NNS & iEC Report Forms -These forms are used to collect data related to Neonatal Infection ExpandedTracking, Neonatal Sepsis Surveillance, Neonatal Invasive E.Coli InfectionExpanded Tracking. 3. iSA Report Form - The Invasive StaphylococcusAureus Infection Surveillance Program collects data for describing incidenceand trends of these infections. 4. Viral Module Reporting Form - Three Modulesin this application. FLUSurv Module - FluSurv-NET collects datarelated to influenza-associated hospitalizations. RSVSurv Module - The Respiratory SyncytialVirus (RSV) Hospitalization Surveillance Network (RSV-NET) monitorsRSV-associated hospitalizations. COVID Module - COVID-NET is part of theRespiratory Virus Hospitalization Surveillance Network, which trackshospitalizations associated with COVID-19. 5. CDI Module- This module is used to track andmonitor cases related to Clostridioides difficile infection. Required/Desired Skills Skill Required /Desired Amount of Experience System experience in developing applications Required 3 Years Completion of an undergraduate degree in Computer Science, MIS, engineering, business administration or related field from an accredited college Required 0 5+ years Oracle PL/SQL programming skills Required 5 Years 5+ years developing web application front ends involving hand coding html, Javascript as well as the use of JavaScript based frameworks Required 5 Years 5+ years experience with full project lifecycle experience in implementing web based systems Required 5 Years Proficient in troubleshooting, self-motivated and driven professional, able to work with minimal supervision, and able to exercise good judgment Required 0 5+ years work experience with a relational database system such as Oracle 11g or 12c and SQL Server including: Required 5 Years No. Question Question1 Absences greater than two weeks MUST be approved by CAI management in advance, and contact information must be provided to CAI so that the resource can be reached during his or her absence.
