Responsibilities 10+ years of experience in Design, develop, and implement ETL processes using SSIS to facilitate data integration from various sources. Build/Modification of SSIS Integration and SQL Package Expected to work in an Agile Environment (DevOps, GIT repo etc.) Must have experience in SSIS, SQL and ETL Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into effective SSIS solutions. Optimize SSIS packages to improve performance, reliability, and scalability for large data processing tasks. Monitor and troubleshoot SSIS package execution and data flows, resolving issues promptly to ensure data accuracy and availability. Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure the integrity of integrated data across systems. Document technical specifications, data mapping, and operational processes related to SSIS integrations for reference and training purposes. Provide support and mentorship to junior developers and team members on best practices for SSIS development and data integration techniques. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience in SSIS development, with a strong portfolio of successfully deployed ETL projects. In-depth knowledge of SQL Server and proficiency in T-SQL scripting. Experience with data warehousing principles and methodologies, including star/snowflake schema designs. Strong understanding of data modeling concepts and hands-on experience with relational databases. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail to ensure high-quality deliverables.
