Develop and maintain a product roadmap aligned with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and market trends. Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in healthcare IT solutions. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with clinicians, administrators, and IT teams to understand their needs and translate them into product requirements. Collaborate with engineering, UX, and data teams to design and implement solutions that enhance provider workflows and patient care. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA, HITECH, HL7, FHIR). Product Development & Execution: Define detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to deployment and optimization. Partner with software development teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions. Conduct usability testing and iterate based on user feedback. Market & Competitive Analysis: Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes affecting healthcare IT. Conduct competitive analysis to benchmark product offerings and identify differentiation opportunities. Performance & Optimization: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success. Gather feedback from users and stakeholders to continuously improve product functionality and usability. Ensure seamless system integration and interoperability within the healthcare ecosystem. Qualifications & Skills: Required: Experience: 12+ years in product management, with at least 3 years in healthcare IT or related domains. Knowledge: Strong understanding of healthcare provider workflows, clinical operations, and regulatory standards (HIPAA, HL7, FHIR, etc.). Technical Skills: Experience working with APIs, cloud-based healthcare IT solutions, and interoperability standards. Project Management: Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies, Jira, and other product management tools. Communication: Strong ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders, including clinicians, executives, and developers. Preferred: Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR), Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), or Health Information Exchanges (HIE). Background in healthcare analytics, AI-driven decision support, or patient engagement platforms.
