Experience with CLM platforms (e.g., ContractPodAi, Ironclad, DocuSign CLM, Icertis, Agiloft) and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, MS CRM, HubSpot) is a plus Design, develop, test, and deploy FileNet solutions using various tools such as ECM, DataCap, IMB DataCap, and Filenet P8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions on time. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in document management systems. Hands-on experience in software engineering, with a focus on system integrations between CLM, ERP, CRM, and Procurement platforms. Experience working with integration tools such as Jitterbit, Dell Boomi, Mulesoft or similar integration platforms. Experience with Procurement platforms such as Ariba, Coupa, or custom procurement integrations is highly desirable. Proficiency in programming languages like Java is a plus Strong knowledge of API integration (RESTful APIs, SOAP). Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills in integration scenarios. Experience using version control systems (e.g., Git, GitHub). Familiarity with cloud environments and services (e.g., AWS, Azure). Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. Understanding of contract management processes and workflows in CLM systems. Aware of new integration technologies, tools, and industry trends. Continuously seek opportunities to enhance integration efficiency and scalability.
