Someone who writes test automation code on a daily basis using a programming language such as Python/Java along with an automation framework like selenium. Someone who can think through the design of how they'd solve a problem and is competent at troubleshooting code that isn't their own Please note that we are not looking for more years of experience (than what's stated in the job description) or long resumes but rather strong technical problem-solving skills, and hands on technical competency in coding as a SDET/QA engineer. Must have skillset: Minimum Qualifications for Senior Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) 10+ years of Quality Engineering experience working on large projects and tracking and relaying status for 100's or 1000's of test cases 5+ years of experience in developing test automation using Python, Selenium, or a similar framework. 3+ year of experience with CI tools and automated build systems such as GitLab and Jenkins. Effective written communication (Slack/WebEx) to get releases out the door Experience writing/presenting 1-pagers and technical design documents Experience with data platforms/analytics tools such as Elastic/OpenSearch and Kibana, Snowflake etc. Preferred Qualifications: (nice to haves) Experience using containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker, Docker Compose, Kubernetes, EKS, Rancher, and OpenShift.
