If you, or someone you know, has the relevant experience, Id love to hear from you Job Description - SAP IS-U Functional Consultant Location: New Jersey (NJ) and Connecticut (CT) - Term: 8 month - 1 year + Skype CITIZEN,GREEN CARD,GC EAD,H4 EAD Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and certified SAP IS-Utilities (IS-U) Consultant to join our team for a long-term contract with a leading utility company operating in New England. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working in a utility environment and possess a deep understanding of SAP IS-U functionalities. Key Responsibilities: Implement and configure SAP IS-Utilities (IS-U) modules to meet business requirements. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, and translate them into SAP IS-U solutions. Provide expertise in areas such as billing, invoicing, meter data management, and customer service within the SAP IS-U framework. Perform system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing to ensure the quality and functionality of SAP IS-U solutions. Develop and maintain documentation, including functional specifications, process flows, and user guides. Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective utilization of SAP IS-U functionalities. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP IS-U modules and provide ongoing support and maintenance. Stay updated with the latest SAP IS-U developments and best practices to ensure optimal system performance and efficiency. Qualifications: SAP IS-Utilities (IS-U) certification is required. Proven experience working in a utility environment with a strong understanding of utility business processes. In-depth knowledge of SAP IS-U modules, including billing, invoicing, meter data management, and customer service. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
