Collaborate with technology engineers and cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation and maintenance of Adobe Analytics, ensuring precise data collection and reporting. Including in-depth auditing of preexisting metrics / segmentations. Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to user behavior, website performance, and marketing effectiveness. Proactively generate reports that provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making. Data Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of complex datasets from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and performance anomalies. Translate these insights into strategic recommendations to enhance the digital customer experience. Qualifications Adobe Analytics Proficiency: Extensive experience with Adobe Analytics required, including its implementation, management, and reporting capabilities. Analytical Expertise: Demonstrated ability to proactively identify and solve complex problems, with a talent for translating data into actionable insights. Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex data challenges and solutions to various stakeholders. Data-Driven Approach: Expertise in analyzing conversion-focused metrics, customer journey mapping, and understanding the role of marketing channels in driving traffic and conversions. Adaptability: A proactive, can-do attitude with strong ownership of responsibilities and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
