The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Microsoft 365 services, migration strategies, and best practices for email, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Teams migrations. Required Skills & Experience: 9+ years of experience in Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, and related migrations. Strong expertise in Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Intune, Teams, and SharePoint Online. Hands-on experience with Exchange Hybrid configurations and cutovers. Power scripting for automation and troubleshooting. Experience with migration tools like Quest Migration Manager, BitTitan, SkyKick, or ShareGate. Knowledge of M365 security & compliance (DLP, MFA, Conditional Access, Defender, etc.). Familiarity with networking, DNS, and identity federation (ADFS, SAML, OAuth). Excellent communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
