Lets just get some candidates over to them that have steady healthcare work experience as a Solutions Architect OR Solutions Engineer with EXTENSIVE IMPLEMENTATION experience. Here is some information I found to help: A Solution Architect or Solution Engineer working with healthcare payers, third-party integrity solutions, and Zelis implementations has a multifaceted role. Here are some key responsibilities: Solution Architect Architectural Design: Develop comprehensive architectural solutions for healthcare payer systems, ensuring they meet business goals and technical requirements. Design and implement Zelis Payment Integrity solutions to enhance claims accuracy and reduce billing errors Project Leadership: Lead the implementation of third-party administrator (TPA) systems, ensuring seamless integration with existing processes and compliance with industry standards Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from requirement gathering to deployment and post-implementation support. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders to define project scope and ensure successful delivery. Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to align project objectives. Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance on system configuration, testing, and troubleshooting. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve solutions. Documentation: Create detailed documentation for architectural designs, implementation plans, and system configurations.
