You will be responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing data pipelines and infrastructure to support analytics and business intelligence. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain ETL/ELT data pipelines. Work with Big Data technologies (Spark, Hadoop, Snowflake, etc.). Optimize database performance and ensure data quality. Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to provide clean, structured data. Implement cloud-based data solutions (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Ensure security and compliance with data governance best practices. Required Skills: Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.). Strong knowledge of Python, Scala, or Java for data processing. Expertise in ETL/ELT tools (Airflow, Talend, DBT, etc.). Familiarity with cloud data platforms (AWS Redshift, Snowflake, Databricks). Experience with Big Data tools (Apache Spark, Hadoop). Preferred Skills: Capital One experience or financial services domain expertise. Knowledge of Kafka or real-time streaming. Hands-on experience with Terraform, Kubernetes, or DevOps tools. Experience: 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering.
