We are hiring Senior Java Developer, MI Role- Senior Java Developer Location - Southfield, MI Hybrid (Only locals are preferred) JD: Lead the design and development of high-quality software solutions using Spring Boot, Java, and Core Java. Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from requirement analysis to deployment and maintenance. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers to ensure best practices are followed. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives. - Develop and maintain technical documentation to support the software development process. Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and security standards are met. - Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to ensure smooth operation of software applications. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve the software development process. - Ensure software solutions are scalable, maintainable, and meet performance requirements. - Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to the overall technical strategy of the company. - Implement best practices for software development, including version control, testing, and continuous integration. - Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide regular updates on project progress and address any concerns. - Contribute to the improvement of development processes and methodologies to enhance team productivity.
