This role will facilitate Agile ceremonies, coach teams on Agile principles, and drive continuous improvement while also managing vendor relationships, cross-team dependencies, risks, and project timelines. The ideal candidate will be adept at both servant leadership and structured project execution, ensuring seamless collaboration between internal teams and external partners. Experience managing third party software implementations. Delivered technology implementations with third party vendors involved Experience holding third party vendors to SLA's. Must have and know how to manage a vendor Work Requirements Objective & Scope: Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, iteration reviews, and retrospectives. Coach and mentor teams on Agile best practices, improving team dynamics and delivery effectiveness. Identify, track, and manage cross-team dependencies and vendor deliverables to ensure alignment with business objectives. Collaborate with stakeholders to define clear goals, priorities, and expectations, balancing Agile delivery with traditional project oversight where needed. Address and remove impediments that hinder team progress, whether within the team or due to external constraints. Monitor and manage risks, issues, and mitigation plans to maintain project momentum. Support budgeting, scope management, and project timelines to align with business objectives and organizational priorities. Promote Agile adoption within the teams, driving continuous learning and improvement. Utilize Agile and project management tools (e.g., Jira) to track progress and maintain transparency. Agile & Project Management Expertise Proficiency in Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe) and traditional project management methodologies. Vendor & Dependency Management Experience managing third-party vendors and coordinating with multiple teams. Risk & Issue Management Proven ability to identify challenges early and implement mitigation strategies. Technical Tools Proficiency in Agile and project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, or similar. Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in IT project management. 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master within IT. Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and/or SAFe certifications preferred. PMP or other project management certifications are a plus. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
