JD: Minimum 3 to 5 years of application development experience implementing multichannel self-service/IVR and Omni-Channel Orchestration Routing on Genesys Cloud CX. Functional and hands on experience on development on Voice and Non-Voice (SMS, Email, Chat, Voice Bot etc.) applications solutioning using Genesys Cloud CX Architect. Thorough understanding of Genesys Framework, Integration with internal and external components. Delivery credentials for Self Service and Analytics solutions enabled with speech-based interfaces and dynamic menu based on customer treatment strategies. Genesys Cloud CX certified professional in one or more focused solution area (Inbound, Outbound, Multi-channel, Desktop, Integration, Recording, Reporting, etc.) Title : IVA/Chatbot Developer Location : Newark, NJ Contract. JD: Advanced understanding of IVR technology and related telecommunications devices, networks, software, and systems. Experience with management and development of speech recognition systems and grammars Experience in implementing third party integration like AWS Lambda (NodeJS and/or Python), Lex, Amelia, Polly, and CRM (Salesforce) etc. Google CCAI Web service, API and other cross system communication protocols and experience with integration of telephony systems to other computer systems (e.g. SOAP, VXML SQL, XML, REST) Software development in an object orientated programming language; ability to design, develop and support advanced IVR applications. Title : WFM Developer Location : Newark, NJ Contract. JD: Experience migrating from Verint to Genesys WFM tools. Ability to translate legacy WFM tools (Verint, Aspect, Nice, etc.) to Genesys Cloud WEM designs and objects.
