Job Title: QA Testing Lead Location: Frisco, TEXAS- HYBRID(NEED LOCAL CANDIDATE) End Client: Food and Beverage Industry Rate :: $55/hr on C2C Must Have: 5+ years of experience in software testing and leading testing teams Expertise in SDLC methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, DevOps, etc.) Proficiency in various types of testing (functional, performance, regression, etc.) Hands-on experience with testing tools such as ALM, Selenium, JIRA, Tosca Programming knowledge (Java, Python, C#) and test automation frameworks Experience working in DevOps and Agile environments (preferred) Strong communication and collaboration skills About the Role: Our client is looking for an experienced QA Testing Lead to join their team. The selected candidate will assist and lead testing efforts, ensuring the quality and reliability of software products. This role includes supporting and leading test strategies and overseeing the execution of test processes and plans. Key Responsibilities: Assist functional teams with the creation of comprehensive test strategies. Work towards quality assurance objectives, monitoring and evaluating testing results, and applying improvements. Collaborate with development teams to integrate testing into the development process. Support regression, functional, data validation, system integration, load, and performance testing. Define test environments and manage test data processes. Document and analyze test results and recommend corrective actions. Research and implement new testing technologies and practices, including machine learning. Assess and improve testing processes for better efficiency. Support DevOps practices using CI/CD toolsets and automation. Provide guidance, support, and training to test team members. Requirements: Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience). Experience: 5+ years in software testing, with leadership experience.
