Build and test end-to-end CI/CD pipelines, ensuring that systems are safe against security threats. Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. Expert proficiency in Copado DevOps Platform is required. Master level of proficiency in DevOps is recommended. Continuous Improvement Techniques, Configuration & Release Management, Cloud Automation DevOps, and Salesforce Sales Cloud with Expert proficiency are suggested skills. Design and implement automated workflows for CI/CD pipelines Define release schedule and manage deployment team schedule Manage offshore team to complete deployment and communicate progress during releases Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize development processes Provide technical guidance and support to team members on DevOps best practices Conduct regular reviews and assessments to improve system performance. 4+ years of experience performing Salesforce deployment. Bonus: Copado experience.
