Role Name: SAP Plant Maintenance Lead Location: Houston, TX Onsite 6-12 months JOB DESCRIPTION: 6- 9 years of experience in SAP Plant Maintenance Module in SAP S/4 HANA, designing and configuring PM module Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP PM Understanding of accounting business processes Ability to understand business processes from a customer perspective. Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate, and document customer requirements. Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements. Map client business requirements, processes, and objectives; develops necessary product modifications in S/4 HANA to satisfy Customer's needs. Design, customize, configure and testing of PM module. Identify gaps, issues, and work around solutions. Document functional designs, test cases and results Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements. Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required. Work self-directed and independently; may act as subject matter mentor to more junior members.
