Agile Methodology: Utilize Agile principles to manage project workflows and adapt to changes quickly. Required Skills: Experience with AEM: Proven experience managing projects involving Adobe Experience Manager. Project Management: Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, and risk management. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions. Leadership: Strong leadership skills to manage and motivate project teams. Technical Knowledge: Understanding of AEM architecture and related technologies. Preferred Qualifications: Certification: PMP or Agile certification is a plus.
