Job Title: Genesys Developer Location: Cary, NC Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Genesys Developer to join our team. As a Genesys Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying Genesys-based contact center solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Genesys architecture, excellent programming skills, and experience with Genesys development tools. Key Responsibilities Design and Development: Design and develop Genesys-based contact center solutions, including routing, queuing, and agent desktop applications. Genesys Configuration: Configure Genesys components, including Genesys Framework, Genesys Administrator, and Genesys Configuration Manager. Scripting and Development: Develop scripts and applications using Genesys development tools, such as Genesys Designer, Genesys Script Editor, and Genesys API. Testing and Debugging: Test and debug Genesys applications, identifying and resolving issues quickly and efficiently. Deployment and Maintenance: Deploy and maintain Genesys applications, ensuring smooth operation and minimal downtime. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, quality assurance engineers, and technical support engineers. Requirements Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Experience: 8+ years of experience in Genesys development, with a focus on contact center solutions. Genesys Certification: Genesys certification, such as Genesys Certified Developer or Genesys Certified Architect Programming Skills: Proficiency in programming languages, such as Java, C#, or Python. Genesys Development Tools: Experience with Genesys development tools, such as Genesys Designer, Genesys Script Editor, and Genesys API.
