Position : : Salesforce Business Systems Analyst Location : Fully Remote Duration: : 12+ Months Contract Visa : USC/GC Interview mode:: video Job Description Required Experience and skills: Senior Analytics Business Analyst with 8+ years of expertise in Business Process Analysis, gathering requirements, coordinating with stakeholders, creating Epics/stories, designing functionality, and conducting data analysis. Skills: Salesforce Business Systems Analyst (Salesforce CRMA analytics (known as Tableau CRM and Einstein Analytics), SOQL, Sales and Service Cloud, BSA) Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements related to data analytics, reporting, and decision-making. Utilize data analysis tools and techniques to interpret complex data sets, identify trends, and extract actionable insights to support business objectives. Communicate complex data concepts and findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner to drive data-driven decision-making. Defining, documenting, and managing project requirements within the Jira platform, including creating user stories, customizing workflows, managing the product backlog, and collaborating with development teams to ensure smooth project execution Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and enhancement of analytics capabilities to drive business efficiency and effectiveness. Proficiency in using BI tools such as Salesforce CRM analytics to create interactive visualizations and reports for data-driven decision-making. Identify trends, patterns, and insights using Salesforce data and external data to support strategic decision-making. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into business insights. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
