We are hiring Java Software Engineer, IL Role - Java Software Engineer Location - Riverwoods, IL (Locals are Preferred) Onsite Experience- 12 Key Responsibilities: Lead the practice of Test Driven Development (TDD), including the design of Unit, Integration, Functional, and Non-Functional Tests (reliability, performance, and cyber security). Utilize strong fundamentals in Java and API-first design to develop scalable and efficient software solutions. Understand and implement modern architecture and design patterns, particularly Microservices. Work with Spring, Kafka, containerization, DevOps, and CI/CD to build robust applications. Maintain and manage databases, including Oracle and PostgreSQL. Apply cloud experience, especially AWS, to enhance application performance. Leverage front-end technologies, with a focus on React JS, to create engaging user interfaces. Required Skills: Extensive experience in Java, Java SpringBoot, and Java Microservices. Proficiency in OCP (OpenShift Container Platform) and CICD Pipelines. Strong knowledge of Kafka and React JS. Demonstrated expertise in Test Driven Development (TDD). In-depth understanding of modern architecture and design patterns, including Microservices. Experience with Spring, Kafka, containerization, DevOps, and CI/CD. Familiarity with database management (Oracle, PostgreSQL) and cloud services (AWS). Proven ability to design and implement Unit, Integration, Functional, and Non-Functional Tests.
