Coordinate technical issues and addressing challenges in project implementation. Serving as a technical expert and advocate for innovation and continuous improvement within the team and company. Lead the planning, design and implementation of software solutions, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives. Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive team culture. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers and QA engineers, to deliver high-quality software products. Understanding of API, Microservices considering scalability, performance and security needs. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Stay updated on emerging technologies, industry trends and software development methodologies. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of experience as a technical lead or a similar role in software development. 3+ years of Agile delivery experience Technical expertise in Middleware services, API, Microservices etc. Experience with agile project management, development methodologies and tools. Experience with cloud technologies and architectures (e.g. , Azure). Knowledge of system architecture and design and network administration. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate the team. Detail-oriented with solid problem-solving and analytical abilities. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities. Preferred skills and qualifications Relevant certification in project management or technical leadership (e.g. AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Scrum Master). Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools for continuous integration and delivery. Release Engineering Experience CI/CD pipeline.
