Role: AEM Lead Developer  Location: Malvern, PA (Day 1 Onsite) Duration: Long Term Job Description: 10+ years of experience in web development, with at least 5+ years in AEM development. Strong expertise in AEM Sites, AEM Assets, Sling Models, OSGi, JCR, and Apache Felix. Proficiency in Java, JSP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frontend frameworks like React or Angular. Experience with AEM headless CMS, GraphQL, and Content Fragments. Knowledge of Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, and Adobe Campaign integration. Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, Maven) and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP). Strong problem-solving, debugging, and performance optimization skills. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
