IDEAL BACKGROUND:
6+ years experience leading medium to large organizational change management initiatives with a focus on communications strategy and execution at a large, complex organization. Employee/Customer-Experience-focused leader with exposure to UX principles and best practices.

TOP REQUIREMENTS:
Exceptional communication skills and interpersonal skills.

Can easily collaborate and build relationships.

Demonstrate, successful experience leading Organizational Change Management initiatives in complex environments and delivering significant business results.
Prosci-certified and/or 3+ years OCM experience at large, complex organization.
Team player with the ability to operate independently (proactive, self-starter).

Ability to influence and negotiate with a variety of stakeholders; creates win-wins.
Proven record of successfully managing and delivering significant business changes, with deep knowledge of change practices and measurement techniques.
Experience in internal communications.
Accountable & action-oriented.
Strong sense of initiative; ability to determine root causes and address issues head on

Experience creating key messages and presentations for a variety of audiences; ability to adjust messaging.

Solid mix of OCM strategy and execution skills, exceptional communication skills, ability to translate business and technical changes into storytelling that resonates with a variety of audiences (from senior executives to end users, comfortable driving change in a large, complex organization).
