Demonstrate, successful experience leading Organizational Change Management initiatives in complex environments and delivering significant business results. Prosci-certified and/or 3+ years OCM experience at large, complex organization. Team player with the ability to operate independently (proactive, self-starter). Ability to influence and negotiate with a variety of stakeholders; creates win-wins. Proven record of successfully managing and delivering significant business changes, with deep knowledge of change practices and measurement techniques. Experience in internal communications. Accountable & action-oriented.
