Own the analysis, design, development, and testing processes. Develop integration strategies to automate processes across our business on behalf of internal stakeholders and clients. Play a critical role in the broad business planning/strategy, work closely with senior executives to develop business targets and resource requirements. Manage multiple cross-functional teams composed of internal and off-shore consulting resources. Will carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the companys policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include; interviewing, hiring and training employees; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; motivating, developing and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving conflicts. Responsible for communicating company vision and objectives in order to drive desired changes. MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS : The client requires a proficient Senior .NET Lead / Architect with hands-on coding experience. They specifically seek expertise in strong skills in Design & Architecture, release deployment, reviewing and approving CRs (Change Requests), , managing a mid-sized team, familiarity with Scrum Methodology, handling production support, and reviewing codes. Must have, SKILLS & ABILITIES : Azure Technologies ASP .NET MVC Micoservice .NET Core Angular REST Services Entity Framework Core SQL server and Azure SQL server.
