Position: Desktop Support Specialist (Consultant) Department: Enterprise Technology Services Hybrid Princeton, NJ The Desktop Support Specialist will provide technical assistance to investment professionals and support staff. The candidate will troubleshoot hardware/software issues, assist with core office operations, and configure IT systems. Responsibilities Provide first-class IT support to traders, investment professional, and support staff. Maintain the office environment (conference room A/V, printers, building management). Handle the employee onboarding/offboarding workflow including account creation and permissions, user orientation, and documentation. Assist with administrative tasks such as invoices and ordering IT equipment. Requirements: 3+ years of relevant experience in a technology support function. Strong knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office 365. Experience with Active Directory. Experience deploying desktop hardware. Excellent communication skills. Preferred: Experience supporting a trading desk. Experience with Microsoft Exchange. Knowledge of Bloomberg terminals. Knowledge of network fundamentals.
