This role requires expertise in sourcing, procurement, contract management, supplier collaboration, and accounts payable operations. Key responsibilities include: Assessing and improving the end-to-end Source-to-Pay process, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and cost optimization. Collaborating with procurement, finance, and IT teams to standardize and automate sourcing and procurement workflows. Implementing best practices in strategic sourcing, supplier management, contract lifecycle management, and spend analytics. Supporting Customers digital transformation by integrating S2P platforms, SAP, Coupa, JDE. IBM Mainframes, M3, Maximo and AI-driven procurement tools. Ensuring alignment with regulatory and compliance requirements, including supplier risk management and ESG initiatives. Enhancing supplier collaboration, performance monitoring, and procurement visibility through data analytics and dashboards. Driving cost savings, risk mitigation, and procurement efficiency through process automation and optimization. Providing training and knowledge transfer to procurement teams on best-in-class sourcing and procurement strategies. Essential Skills: Strong Source-to-Pay process knowledge, including procurement, supplier management, contract management, and accounts payable. Experience with S2P platforms like SAP, Coupa, Maximo or similar procurement solutions Expertise in strategic sourcing, category management, and supplier negotiation. Knowledge of procurement compliance, risk management, and regulatory frameworks. Hands-on experience in process optimization, workflow automation, and spend analytics. Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess procurement bottlenecks and recommend improvements. Ability to work across cross-functional teams, collaborating with procurement, finance, IT, and supply chain teams. Desirable Skills: Experience with AI-driven procurement analytics, robotic process automation (RPA), and predictive spend forecasting. Knowledge of sustainability and ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) initiatives in procurement. Understanding of supply chain digitization and integration of procurement with IoT, blockchain, or smart contracts. Familiarity with global trade regulations, tax compliance, and supplier diversity programs. Experience working in the food, agriculture, or manufacturing industry, with a focus on procurement best practices. Essential Skills: Strong knowledge of EHS regulations, compliance reporting, and risk management in the manufacturing or agribusiness sectors. Experience working on EHS software solutions to meet business needs. Familiarity with data analytics, dashboards, and reporting tools to support EHS performance tracking. Ability to work collaboratively with IT, operations, and compliance teams. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills Desirable Skills: Hands-on experience with Sphera or similar EHS platforms Experience integrating EHS software with IoT platforms, MES, or ERP systems. Knowledge of customers operational environment, food safety standards, and sustainability initiatives. Understanding of Process Safety Management (PSM) and Total Process Safety (TPS) methodologies.
